#2  Questioning the boundary of Contemporary Art

Actor Lee Jung Jae is the very first honorary ambassador of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea and he takes part as the narrator for SBS documentary titled, Questioning the boundary of Contemporary Art.

All attention to the triple crown artists, Moon Kyungwon and Jeon Joonho
There is no doubt that Moon Kyungwon and Jeon Joonho were the most outstanding artists last year. After being invited to Kassel Documenta 13, they received Noon Art Prize at Gwangju Biennale for the experimental and creative work and also won the 2012 Korean Artist Prize co-sponsored by National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea and SBS Foundation. This documentary will introduce one of their works, El Fin Del Mundo featuring actor Lee Jung Jae and actress Im Soojung and this will also suggest the amusing and novel perspective on contemporary art by gradually tracing their works and activities.

Meet Jake and Dinos Chapman, representing young British artists (yBas)
In this documentary, we flew to London, which is the center of contemporary art to meet the notorious Jake and Dinos Chapman, representing the young British artists. We may unsolve our curiosity about the ambiguity of contemporary art through the interview with these artists who have been arousing controversy over the brutality with their works.

Looking back into the controversies that swept across contemporary art scene
Along with the world-renowned artist Nam June Paik, this documentary will also introduce Jung Yeondoo, whose work was purchased by MoMA(Museum of Modern Art) after Nam June Paik’s work. Find out more about modern art and other perspectives through Turner Prize, the barometer of contemporary art today, Damien Hirst known as the messenger of ‘shock and terror,’ and the musician and former husband of Ono Yoko, Toshi Ichinayagi.
